Once an account is created, and you have accepted the terms and conditions, you will be able to message anyone on the app.

You can block any user at any time. They will then go into your block list.

The Smoochy app is free to use for the first month. Users will then need to either purchase a 6 month or a 12 month plan to continue to use its services. Smoochy doesn’t take any payment or card details during the free trial. Should you wish to purchase a subscription or renew, then its up to you to choose. Nothing on Smoochy gets taken out automatically.

Your membership will NOT automatically renew. When it finishes, either at 6 months or 12 months then Smoochy services will have finished. All your information, messages etc will still be there in your account. If you want to continue, then just click renew and the membership will start again, either choosing the 6 month or 12 month membership options.

You can do this by using the online form, stating the user and the issue. We will then look into this and act accordingly in line with Smoochy rules, terms and conditions of use. Safety is of paramount for Smoochy and its users.

Once your 1 month FREE trial ends, to continue using Smoochy, you will have to choose to pay for Smoochy or not. It wont automatically sign you up to a payment plan. We don’t take any card or payment details whilst you are using your FREE 1 month trial. Once you have paid a Smoochy Subscription, should you choose to, you can get a refund. But this depends on whether you are within the 1 day cancellation period. If you cancel within 14 days you will receive a partial refund. If you cancel after this time then the Smoochy membership payments are NON- REFUNDABLE. You can cancel or delete your account, but it wont be refundable. If we remove your account for breaking Smoochy rules, terms or conditions then you wont get a refund. However, you can appeal our decision to remove your account and we will consider your request and act reasonably. But ultimately our decision is at our sole discretion and is final. So if you have breached any of our terms or rules, you won’t be refunded

Whilst we cannot control everything a user does or say, unless they break Smoochy rules, terms and conditions, we have stringent safety procedures in place. 1) To create an account we require BOTH your email and contact number. 2) You will need to verify yourself via a text message with a code through our third party company: Twilio. 2) Strict rules, terms and conditions must be accepted

You will be able to control the messages you receive and filter them according to your preferences. They will all end up in the waiting box. You will be able to then filter them to the messages from people you want to receive and read. They will only know you have read it, if you reply and it will go into your inbox. You can only message someone once. And then proceed to chat only if they respond.
