- 01The Smoochy app is free to use for limited messages. Once the limit has been reached, users will then need to either purchase a 6 month or a 12 month plan to continue to use its services. This is a small one off payment. Smoochy doesn’t take any payment or card details during the free use of limited messages and doesnt take any payment or card details once a profile has been set up. Should you wish to purchase a 6 month or 12 month one off payment or renew, then its up to you to choose. If chosen, then a payment will be taken. Nothing on Smoochy gets taken out automatically.

- 03You will be able to control the messages you receive and filter them according to your preferences. They will all end up in the waiting box. You will be able to then filter them to the messages from people you want to receive and read. They will only know you have read it, if you reply and it will go into your inbox. You can only message someone once. And then proceed to chat only if they respond.

- 06Whilst we cannot control everything a user does or say, unless they break Smoochy rules, terms and conditions, we have stringent safety procedures in place. 1) To create an account we require BOTH your email and contact number. 2) You will need to verify yourself via a text message with a code through our third party company: Twilio. 2) Strict rules, terms and conditions must be accepted
- 07Once your limited messages end, to continue using Smoochy, you will have to choose to pay for Smoochy or not. It wont automatically sign you up to a payment plan. We don’t take any card or payment details whilst you are using your limited messages. Once you have paid a Smoochy one off payment, should you choose to, you can get a refund. But this depends on whether you are within the 1 day cancellation period. If you cancel within 14 days you will receive a partial refund. If you cancel after this time then the Smoochy payments are NON- REFUNDABLE. You can cancel or delete your account, but it wont be refundable. If we remove your account for breaking Smoochy rules, terms or conditions then you wont get a refund. However, you can appeal our decision to remove your account and we will consider your request and act reasonably. But ultimately our decision is at our sole discretion and is final. So if you have breached any of our terms or rules, you won’t be refunded
- 08Your one off payment for 6 or 12 months will NOT automatically renew. When it finishes, either at 6 months or 12 months then Smoochy services will have finished. All your information, messages etc will still be there in your account. If you want to continue, then just click renew and it will start again, either choosing the one off 6 month or 12 month payment
